Return / Refund / Warranty / Shipping Policy

RETURN POLICY: 

  1. Open and/or used Alpha II, Beta/Beta Mini Device, and accessories are NOT eligible for return, regardless of purchase date.

  2. Starter Kit Bundle purchases are only refundable in their entirety.

  3. Unopened items in their original packaging are 100% refundable, within 30 days of purchase (excluding shipping charges).

  4. All items, regardless of seal status, are ineligible for return/refund/exchange after 30 days from the purchase date.

  5. Refunds/exchanges will not be processed until the items are received by the office.

 

WARRANTY POLICY:

  1. Damage to Alpha II and Beta/Beta Mini devices are covered by warranty for 1 year from the initial purchase date.

  2. Other products and accessories received damaged may be subject to replacement if reported within a 72-hour period after delivery.

 

SHIPPING POLICY:

  1. Once packages are shipped from our office, they are handled by a third party carrier. 

  2. Customers should contact UPS for shipping inquiries.

  3. All orders placed after 12:00PM EST will be processed the next business day.
