Account Approval

Why your account is pending approval and how to get it approved:

Accounts pend manual approval until the Retail or Educational verification forms are filled out. Please find the retail verification form here: Retail Verification Form

This is a recent company policy we have begun implementing and it is required for legal purposes to ensure the dental practitioner is making the purchase.

Once submitted and reviewed by our team, the account will be approved for order placements. We will email you a confirmation letting you know after approval.
